It's important to make sure your FlexiBin is placed in a safe area and filled correctly, otherwise, we may not be able to take it away. Please follow these simple guidelines when positioning and filling your FlexiBin:

When your FlexiBin is ready to be picked up, simply enter your address here to book and pay for your collection.
Yes there are maximum allowable weights. Please ensure you keep your FlexiBin below the following limits – and that it is not overfilled.
All waste must be inside the bin with nothing sticking out over the top. This is to ensure the safe lifting and removal of your FlexiBin.
For safety reasons, FlexiBin is a single-use product and cannot be returned once it has been removed.
Your FlexiBin must remain within your property boundary. Placing it on public land without a permit may result in fines. Please confirm with your local council beforehand.

We do not accept anything toxic or hazardous, i.e. asbestos, chemicals, paint, oil, car batteries, gas bottles, tyres, medical sharps, food waste etc. If these items are placed in your FlexiBin we will be unable to collect it. For a list of unacceptable items click here.
